After years of running Human Resources and Operations for an amazing academy award winning production company, I started my own executive coaching and consulting firm that focuses on leadership and personal development for individuals, teams and organizations. I believe that challenges are meant to grow us, and that business provides the perfect sandbox for our own evolution.
Executive Coaching
Business offers us the chance to use our struggles as an opportunity for growth. Employees can be our mirrors and the triggers that we feel show us where we need to focus our attention. I work with Executives, C-Suites, Co-Founders and CEOs to deepen their self-awareness, emotional intelligence, leadership and communication skills. My background in Human Resources and deep experience in the Silicon Beach start-up community allows me to shift from coach to consultant as needed and has afforded me the opportunity to quickly become a trusted advisor.
Training and Facilitating
Too often, companies wait until their employees are well into managing others before they offer training. Companies (and people) succeeded when they have a leadership mindset, and clear goals that are aligned with the company’s purpose. I have developed experiential, collaborative workshops for the c-suite, managers at all levels and individual contributors, so that organizations have a common language, understanding and mindset around effective communication and feedback. I offer workshops on emotional intelligence, leadership essentials, setting goals and owning your career as well as facilitating offsites around strategic planning, culture and values.
Career Mapping
People are not one dimensional, so neither are our careers. As we evolve and grow we need to be open to the idea that our careers will change. It’s not easy to make these types of decisions alone and often those closest to us are too close to help us see the forest from the trees. I worked with an executive coach and a mastermind group for over a year before I decided to start my own company. Career mapping allows me to pair my Human Resources and Executive Coaching experience with a heap of intuition and a sprinkle of business woo-woo to get you ready for your next chapter.
