Employer Branding

Companies spend a massive amount of time and resources marketing to their customers, but often forget about the one customer that is truly fundamental to their success… the employee. Finding and keeping the right employees is imperative to business. I’ll help ensure that your “why” is a positive throughline to your employees from your career page to the employee experience.

Leadership Training

Specific to CEOs and the executive team. This workshop includes increasing self-awareness and EQ, companywide transparency and communication and cultivating and leading high-performance teams.

Culture Evaluation

Companies often have a great mission and brand but neglect to weave their message into the fabric of the organization. Culture is going to happen whether you plan it or not. I help organizations get ahead of the culture curve by assessing and evaluating the current culture of the organization and recommending a thorough go forward plan.

Manager Training

One of the most popular trainings that I offer. The workshop can be tailored for the organization as well as by manager level from senior executive to raising star individual contributor. The workshop covers effective communication and feedback, emotional intelligence, coaching and goal setting.

Strategic Planning & Offsite Facilitation

Facilitation of a planning session that allows the senior team to focus on mission, vision and plan, while I create and hold to the agenda, equalizing the interactive playing field by making sure that everyone is heard and ensuring that we leave with a clear plan, action items and next steps. Includes half day to multi day planning and facilitation. Topics include: team building, strategy sessions, personality and leadership assessments, goal setting, and mission and values. Everything is tailored to the company’s specific needs.

Why should senior executives and managers have all the fun? A company is made up of its people and that means everyone! If you want a high-performing organization full of loyal, creative, hardworking employees, you’re going to have to grow them. This workshop teaches individuals to OWN THEIR CAREER. We focus on goal setting, managing up, effective communication, growth mindset, self-awareness and personal development. This workshop pays for itself in one session.
